Who knew hydrogen could make so much noise?
By Elaine Hall, Director at Populus Select
I spent the weekend at Goodwood Festival of Speed, and while the usual suspects on the hill were impressive, the real standout was the world’s first hydrogen-powered racing car, making its debut with Extreme E & H.
Even better the hydrogen powering it came from our incredible client, GeoPura.
This year’s Goodwood wasn’t just a celebration of classic motors, it was a glimpse into the future of mobility.
Yes, there were beautiful machines on show (shoutout to the JLR Type 00 👀that will either make or break jaguar), but what really stole the spotlight?
Hydrogen-powered innovation.
The Alpine Alpenglow, running on hydrogen, opened the hillclimb with a statement: the clean tech revolution isn’t coming it’s already here.
It’s moments like this that remind me the impact we get to be apart of at Populus.
We’ve spent over 15 years helping clean and emerging tech businesses scale with the right people and being at Goodwood, seeing our clients drive real innovation (literally), reminds us of why we do this.
The future of mobility isn’t coming it’s already climbing the hill.
