To target and attract appropriate candidates, we use primary and secondary data research to build a talent map for your review and approval. This is a silent search approach with an established process, conducted in a discreet, confidential and highly professional manner.


With your feedback we will progress to the second phase, which involves contacting the candidates individually and attracting them to the opportunity.  To do this, we consider your direction from the identification stage, our understanding of your business and the candidates motivations.
We will sit down together to review the identified candidates and go over the profile information we gleaned from our interviews. This is a critical milestone and is key to selecting a robust shortlist.


We facilitate the interview, profiling and reference process, and provide advice on best practice.
We will manage the negotiation and offer. We will then discuss the important onboarding process -  from acceptance of offer, to the day they start.  This is often an overlooked step, but it is critical to ensure we land the candidate who is highly motivated and ready for the challenge.
